“The owners at the home were lovely and we did enjoy our stay. They were helpful and well informed on the area. The Bikes also were a nice touch. We really enjoyed riding around Bruges. However the listed price was not the total expense. When I received the bill there was almost a full nights extra "property fee." Then when we tried to cancel after seeing this, and there was no possibility of getting our money back. The listing also is not the building in the photo. And it is not the whole……

“Bel appartement, bien décoré, localisation parfaite pour visiter Bruge. Très près de tout en étant un peu en retrait de l’animation. Tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine. Place de parking près du logement hyper pratique. Hôte aidant et très sympathique. Un petit bémol concernant la petite chambre à l’étage, le matelas du lit vraiment pas pour un adulte. “Checking in is easy as the keys are there on your arrival. Host was need to the app and this is why I gave the communication a 3 star but they were helpful otherwise. Appartment is as listed and it has a tram station right outside which makes travel easy and it is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Feedback to the host would be to display the wifi code a bit better. Otherwise a lovely holiday and I would reccommend this accommodation ”

“Really lovely stay at a great property! So nice to head back home to such a peaceful place after a busy day of exploring. The house itself is great and has everything you need - comfy sofas, smart TV, equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a great bathroom.
