“This property is beautiful and feels very private despite a few nearby homes. We enjoyed ALL of the amenities: pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, beautiful peaceful sunrises, full moon viewing with the telescope, and starlit skies. The home’s open floor plan allowed ease of visiting whether we were cooking dinner or all 5 of us relaxing in the living room. And there is a lot outdoor seating. “This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!”

“The home and property were absolutely beautiful and everything was clean and inviting. There were detailed instructions attached to the spa, fire pit and lake activities equipment for access and operation that were very helpful. The site manager Saira was very pleasant and very prompt in all the communications that went back and forth between us. My family and I had a truly memorable experience at the lake and home.”

“We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. “Super convenient to town but also in a quiet neighborhood. The house is cute as heck, and the 3 of us were never on top of one another. We saw partridges in the yard, cactus wrens, hummingbirds, and more. If we come back to JT, we will definitely aim for here again!”

“The property manager was always a phone call or text away. Check-in was simple. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The views are beyond gorgeous!”

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests."
