我住的是90度玻璃窗房，景色絕佳。各样設施都簇新，狀況良好。 空間太小，打開行李箱有困難。 水壼，水樽，水杯都沒有，不方便。

賣點是近火車站及有落地玻璃一望無際的景色吸引住。房間沒有礦泉水供應，早餐buffet沒有很多食物選擇，但在頂樓吃早餐景觀真的一流，除非為了對住景觀吃早餐，只付一天早餐費用已足夠。由酒店行去Main square只需15分鐘，不用坐車。火車站附近有shuttle bus 去水晶世界，但要留意班次。Anyway , 酒店景觀一流。

The room was super tiny with no where to put suitcases, but reading reviews I knew this would be a sacrifice to having a convenient walk to the train. What we didn’t know was that our room on the 12th floor was right under the bar dance floor and that they would play music so loud until 1:45 a.m. on Daturfay night that it shook our bed. My husband went up to talk to them at 11:30 p.m. in the bar and they told him that it was a “Special Occasion” event and that it would end at 12:00. They lied. I would not recommend this hotel and especially not staying on the 12th floor.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage ausgesucht. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und damit in der Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und auch gut zum Einkaufen da der nächste MPreis nicht weit weg ist. Außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit mit Stadtblick oder mit Bergblick zu buchen. Wir haben den Bergblick gewählt und würden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Es war wirklich wunderschön. Das Hotel selbst ist ruhig gewesen und man hat den Bahnhof direkt davor nicht gehört. Das Zimmer ist klein und funktional eingerichtet. Auch das Bad ist etwas klein geraten aber ausreichend. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ein Stern Abzug weil der TV Empfang bei dem ein oder anderen Programm etwas spinnt und man deswegen teilweise Wortunterbrechungen im Programm hat.

Clean and comfortable hotel convenient to the bus and railway stations. A short walk to the centre, lots of places to eat and drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely bar/breakfast room with views over Innsbruck. Breakfast quite expensive but convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber sehr sauber. Leider gibt es kaum eine Garderobe und keinen Schrank. Der Frühstücksraum/die Bar im 13. Stock ist super mit einem tollen Rundblick über Innsbruck. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

De las instalaciones y ubicación están excelentes, lugar muy cómodo, limpio y ameno. El trato del personal no me gustó para nada, desde la recepción se sintió un trato frío y elitista; vengo viajando desde Londres, Edimburgo, Cracovia, Salzburgo y en TODOS los hoteles en que me hospedé el trato fue excelente. Teníamos café y agua en la habitación cada día, cosa que aquí ni siquiera ofrecieron. En el piso 13 donde estaba la cafetería o restaurante la situación era igual No me gustó para nada el trato, muy mal. El personal de limpieza es aparte, muy cordial y les gusta su trabajo. Más trato humano para el personal de recepción y de quienes están como "guardias" en el piso 13 😒😒😒 El pago se hizo y en ningún momento hicimos algún reclamo. Gracias y a la orden desde México
