The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a (with lift) and offers you the perfect base from which to explore Innsbruck.
Enjoy two separate bedrooms each with a large cosy double bed, a comfortable living room with a spacious pull-out couch and a large fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also a separate WC.
You can enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two balconies.

2 week stay for climbing at KI.

This property is located in a great location, 10min walk from the city centre and 15min from KI so perfect for our visit.Only downside is the apartment is a little tired and need some care. The blinds are dirty and dont meet the floor in the living room and bedroom. And dont try to fix them as it only makes them worse. I also had a blocked sink in the bathroom, i contacted the owner, who responded promptly and was advised i would be contacted in the morning for the repair. I am still waiting.The apartment was still good and suited our needs, private and quiet at night, but it could be so much more with a little more love and a coat of paint.
