“My wife and i are traveling Alaska, As we were driving to the home we thought “ how can the views be as good as they looked on the ad.” We were very happy as we arrived and we did see the fantastic views we were hoping for. Wow what a beautiful place and well managed. I would defiantly stay there again ”

“This was a perfect place for my mother who comes to town to teach her classes for the UAS. It was a quiet and relaxing location for her. And very spacious for the grandkids to spend time and visit.”

“The view from the Eagle suite is stunning from the second floor of the building. The laundry room is very clean and convenient with complimentary soaps. The rooms are spotlessly clean, big fluffy white towels and nice bathroom countertop area. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast and coffee amenities were greatly appreciated. We were sad that we could not see the view from the sofa as the room is not arranged for the view. There is not enough seating in the suite for more than two……

“Apartment was super comfortable and safe feeling. Very light and fresh. Great walking to downtown, harbor, grocery store. Very quiet area. Apartment felt almost new. We did have issues with the washer/dryer and no repairs were taken from Friday when we arrived until Monday. Workers were friendly, but did leave a mess for us the clean up. . Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Very clean and well furnished........king bed was very comfortable and the lines there and in the bathroom were luxurious......Made hubby birthday dinner and found everything I needed in the kitchen.....spices, cooking oil, lots of coffee and teas....Neighborhood was sooo nice and quiet....Only a few miles from the ferry......Only problem was the television remote would not work.......Hopefully it has been replaced by now.....Would definitely stay again.....”

“ It’s just a few blocks from the University of Alaska Southeast, which is worth touring. There’s even a bus that will take you downtown with a stop a few hundred feet away. Be aware that it’s on the third floor. So you have to haul your stuff up stairs. The overlooks Aike Bay harbor.”

“We were attending a family event in Ketchikan in April. This property is about 5 miles north of town. It's a small apartment on the parking lot side and lower level of the owner's home. The apartment is relatively new, with a full size oven and stove, plenty of kitchen items such as pots, pans, baking sheets, bowls, various utensils and basics such as spices and condiments. It has a smaller refrigerator and a separate smaller freezer. Comfortable seating with a couch and a chair is in the living……

“Comfortable and attractive. Looking over the channel is special.”

“We stayed during an internet outage. We were unable to have WiFi. But the unit is nice and clean. We received driving directions. It was dark and we could not find Etolin Way. The sign is missing. go past the stop light, and take the first right. We didn’t have access to maps at all. Overall after finding the unit, we enjoyed our stay/ they only have tea and no coffee”
