“Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend ”

“We spent a wonderful holiday in the cosy lodge and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless.Thank you very much for the thoughtful welcome presents.The kids loved the games and the Wii.We loved the valley/sea view from the living room and the spacious terrace.The lodge is perfectly located for trips to the North of Cornwall and Devon. Particularly the South West Coast Path is stunning.We highly recommend the lodge and……

“Really amazing place with lots of rooms for all of us to hang out in. We especially liked the bar lounge and the swimming pool area. Great hosts who were quick to respond to queries and really helpful. Would highly recommend if you have a large group! ”

“Excellent well equiped house ideal for all age groups. So much space for 13 of us. Bedrooms worked well for each family group with their own bathroom. Location was great for Woolacombe sands, Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth as so many more lovely places.Outdoor space is fantastic if the weather is good.....great table and chairs to eat outside for BBQ or pizza facilities.Would definately recommend this house.”

“Beautiful little cabin, perfect for a couple nights! It was a little bit difficult to find but worth the drive. Lovely scenery and the cabin has everything you need for your stay. Definitely would stay again!”

“I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys……

“Perfect host, lovely accomodation. Everything very clean and well catered for, comfy beds and well equiqed kitchen. We were a family of 3 couples so 2 bathrooms was just right. Any more guests than that we felt it needed a third bathroom, perhaps one upstairs. We loved the quirkiness of the panelled walls and the fact that you didnt know there were hidden doors. Hot tub was lovely though garden area needed attention. On the whole would recommend Grenville house as it was an easy drive to main……
