This place was ok. Basic. Next to interlaken west station . Literally above it . If your room says it has. Mountain View it means right above station . You can hear the train in the morning . In my opinion this is a $250 x night value not $630. I travel a lot and stay in 5 star hotels but had a hard time finding good value during this week of June 12-17 , I ended up paying top dollar for this room . There are 4 stars and many better options around with similar price . The staff was very friendly people here are just nice , the rooms were clean , small but decent . I would not stay here again because there are just way better options for the price . Location is good you can walk to the Main Street . It is safe . I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel other than not worth what I paid .

Wonderful hotel with amazing location right next to train stop. When we arrived we were offered a bigger room since we were 4 people. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area and balcony with a beautiful view. All windows were noise proof so we would never even notice there was a train line nearby. Their breakfast buffet was very complete with a huge variety of both cold and hot choices. Staff was very nice and efficient and bed were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place is very clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located with easy access to everything we needed during our trip. One of the highlights was the daily housekeeping—the staff did an excellent job tidying up, and it was such a pleasure to return to a fresh and neat space after our long days exploring the beauty and adventure Switzerland has to offer.
