This Condo "The 4th Overlook" features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed & a queen size sleeper sofa, sleeps 4. Private laundry, complete kitchen with microwave, bathroom with full size tub/shower, air conditioning, outside patio area with table and chairs over looking a private lake. Smart TV with Netflix, and 100+ MBPS Ultra Fast WI-FI.

Here are some things to consider before renting.
#1 No parties are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The 4th Overlook is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region.

The 4th Overlook features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.

This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. In the event you are not aware of the Academy, we highly recommend you do a search,

Away for work

Peaceful Getaway After a Day of Sightseeing

The apartment was spotless and I am very fussy. It was quiet and so comfortable. We loved the deck looking over the little lake and saw a few boaters fishing in it. Great communication with Jeff but we didn't need to contact him much because everything was as it should be. The only thing my husband didn't like was that you have to drive somewhere to go for a walk and the state park was closed. (Not the owner's fault.) Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your wonderful property with us! You have done a great job! :-)

Sweet, comfy and clean

This place was perfect for us when we had a wedding at the blue bride for our family. The bed and couch very comfy. Everyhting you could think of was stocked and the washer dryer was a plus. Great water pressure and awesome views. Baby swans in the lake out back and a covered patio was wonderful. Jeff was a great help.

Clean and a view

Stayed in #4. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve had in years, with a beautifully stocked kitchen and laundry. The check in process is easy and comfortable. My only comment is it’s a little dark. If it is painted again I’d suggest lightening the wall color, but that is a very minor point for such a nice, comfortable rental with everything you need and a really lovely view out the back to go along. Nice landlord too.

Perfect weekend in Interlochen!

Great property and made a perfect basecamp for our long ski weekend. The place is amazing, clean and cozy. We had everything we could ask for during our trip and the property is impeccable. We will definitely be back the next time we are up in MI.

A perfect getaway

I was looking for affordable lodging outside of TC, and came across this listing. All of the ratings were glowing, so I thought I’d give it a try. It was perfect! Incredibly clean, a comfortable bed, a lovely balcony with a pretty view. The communication with Jeff was quick and there are detailed instructions at the condo itself. I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone, and we will definitely stay again!

perfect ski weekend rental

Spent weekend here with my young son skiing at Crystal Mountain. Great location for the resort and close to what we needed. Property is super clean and safe. Truly the perfect size for us. I will definitely look to stay here again next ski season and when we come back up for golf.

Conveniently located near Interlochen with relatively short distances to Traverse City, Beulah and Frankfort. Lovely property with pretty views. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable.

This is a great hidden gem.

My mom, sister and I stayed at Jeff’s VRBO for 3 nights. The place was exactly as described. It was extremely clean, and perfectly suited our needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. If I am back in the area, I would definitely look to see if this property is available.

Wonderful!

Everything was spotless and inviting. We would definitely stay again. Jeff did a great job checking with us both before and after our visit. I would recommend this rental to anyone that wants a quiet place to stay. The deck overlooking the lake was our favorite morning coffee spot!

Move in weekend at Interlochen Arts Academy

The location was perfect just a 5min drive to IAA. It was an extremely hot, humid and damp weekend. It was so refreshing to arrive to cool and very clean accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need for preparing meals. The water was hot and plentiful. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The sofa was very comfortable to sit on and the sleeper mattress was typical for a sleeper sofa, in good condition. The AC unit is in the living area so we had to leave the bedroom door open to get the AC to the bedroom. We did find a fan in the bedroom closest the morning of our departure and I definitely recommend using it to manage the airflow to the bedroom. Otherwise whoever is sleeping on the sleeper sofas sofa may be freezing while the bedroom is a bit on the warm side. I believe every unit was occupied and we didn’t hear any noise from other renters. The deck was large and was nice to enjoy coffee and a nice view. We will be making several trips to visit our daughter and are looking forward to staying again!
