“New hotel in a quiet area just 15 min walk from Ginza (We used taxi though when we got tired). Close to 3 stations. 7-11 across the hotel for breakfast. Sukiya and Doutour also nearby. Close to Disney Resorts so it was a relief coming back to the hotel quickly after a long tiring day. Ginza line goes straight to Shibuya. For a 10 day stay, they cleaned our room twice (1 free and 1 paid for JPY5000). It was ok since they changed towels and took out garbage everyday. Roomy hotel for a family of 4.……

“The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!”
