“This lovely West Vail home is actually a duplex with an upper and lower unit. It was perfect for the gathering of our 5 grown children and their families for my 70th birthday! Each family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room in the upper unit to gather for meals and activities. There are two decks, each with a gas grill and a table for outdoor eating. There is a kitchen on each level. The upper kitchen is very spacious, equipped with everything you will need……

“Our stay in Vail was amazing. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities. The bus stop is right around the corner, and the kids had an amazing time walking to the dog park area that was very close to play with the dogs. There is a private trail that walks along Gore Creek that we were able to enjoy all to ourselves our first evening in town that really captured the beauty of the area and our family already planning their next trip back! “We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize that this was a basement unit, but that wasn’t a problem. There is a room with a decent kitchen, an enormous bathroom, and the main living/bed room. The place was comfortable and everything worked. The layout of the place is a little weird, although there is a ton of space (the bathroom is huge did I mention) it is not very functional, and is probably optimal for a single couple. “We had a long girl's ski weekend here and it was an excellent location. Was conveniently located near the bus line, making it easy to get to Lionshead Village for skiing and driving to Vail Village in the evening (free evening parking). The hot tub was excellent after a long day of skiing, and the place was clean and more than adequate for three adults.
