The layout of the place is a little weird, although there is a ton of space (the bathroom is huge did I mention) it is not very functional, and is probably optimal for a single couple. “This was a great property for our group of 17 friends, including several couples, to meet during the summer. The house has two large upper-unit patios, and an additional lower-unit patio. The 17 of us comfortably grilled, ate meals, and sat in chairs together on one of the large upper-unit patios.
