“Unfortunately, despite the decent ratings i'm giving them overall, there was a wedding on the night we stayed. This of course is a wondaful thing and we wish the happy couple the best. However we went to Briars to have a quiet night in the country, and if they had told us that our room would be directly above the wedding, in a very old, non-sound proofed room, then obviously we wouldn't have booked it. The noise was so loud that we could not even hear the TV. Better communication and honesty……

“The room is small and not user friendly. The main hotel entrance is very dirty & dusty because of unpaved road. The quality of breakfast is not good, very limited choice in food. The standard room rate is a bit high with AUD450 per night. ”

“I arrived after check in closed. The key was easy to locate. The property needs lights to mark the entry to the driveway as it is quite bushy and on a busy road and there are lots of lovely trees which make it difficult to see the entry.”

“Its a cozy hotel and everything is fine. Room is clean, free wifi and good location too. Nice helpful staff, would stay here again if visit Moss Vale again.”
