Quiet, clean, and comfy: Centrally Located In The Mt. Washington Valley.

Spacious 1 Bedroom unit with queen bed, and living room/kitchen area with pull out Queen couch (Linen for the pullout couch provided upon request). Perfect for a 2 Adults or Adult and child. Private home on a quiet road with Mountain view. Separate entrance, on ground floor. There is a set of stairs to navigate to reach the entrance. Full kitchen setup, with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and full fridge. All linen provided. Streaming TV (Roku) with major networks and with Netfix . WiFii, nicely landscaped Front yard accessible for relaxation. Not handicap accessible. A few steps from road, minutes from Storyland and local attractions. Ideal location for area activities: shopping, skiing, hiking, golfing, rafting, etc. Gas grill provided on request. All cleaning and sanitizing guidelines followed, and much more. Contact free entry. This is a smoke free property.

We had a great 3 day stay and enjoyed this cute apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for quick meals, the bed and furniture were comfy. The location in Intervale is close to North Conway's restaurants and shops, but quiet and out of the traffic which was wonderful. Crawford Notch State park was a short drive and we enjoyed great hiking. Hosts Jerry & Diane were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 3 day stay here. Quiet, comfortable, and clean, great location. Jerry was very welcoming and had great communication. 1000/10 absolutely would recommend! Other reviews had mentioned humidity issues; we did not experience this at all, especially turning the minisplit to "dry" setting for a bit. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this l9cation. They both made us feel very welcome and even checked in on my gf and our daughter while they stayed at the room while i was doing business and she forgot her phone in my truck. Look forward to making another trip this year to stay again with them both.

We had a nice stay at Jerry’s apartment! Pros: The apartment is affordable and has everything you need! It’s confortable and close to Mount Washington and North Conway that has many restaurants. It’s located on a quiet street with views on the mountains and the house has a very beautiful garden where you can sit and just enjoy the surrounding nature. The communication with the host was very easy. Cons: The apartment is quite humid so you should expect a humidity smell. The bathroom doesn’t have a window and the shower is very small. The hosts live on second floor, so you might hear them a bit. Apart from that, everything was fine!
