“This is a family run hotel. Although in the city centre and conveniently located, it was quiet and clean. The amazing thing was they knew Inverness so well that they could answer any questions about the place. Saved me a lot of time. Thank you Mr Ian. ”

“The staff is so accommodating. The first day we arrived the front desk arranged for a taxi for the next morning.We had an early morning excursion. Second they arranged for a continental breakfast for us before the restaurant was opened so we could have a bite to eat. Then we phoned them and said we would be late returning after a lite fair is served. And they had a little snack available. They are very friendly and answered any questions we had. “The rooms were nice and well kept and the manager let us stay an extra hour after checkout to accommodate our plans. The check-in was a bit fraught. We were told check-in was at 2pm so we had lunch in the restaurant (issues with that also re every 5 minutes a different excuse why we didn't have our food). At 2pm the strange excuses started as to why we couldn't yet check-in. In the end supposedly there was some kind of walk out by the cleaning staff and the manager had to clean all the rooms.……

“Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything. Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.”

“I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning. Location: Very affordable rates and just about 15min walk from the town center. It is easier to walk from Morrison, and for those needing to travel to the airport, there is a bus……

“Pleasantly surprised with this relatively reasonably priced hotel located in a quiet suburb (?) of Inverness. It was a short taxi ride from the train and to the airport. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well supplied for the bathroom and the morning in room coffee/tea service. We had dinner there as well, an added bonus when you are staying out in the quiet areas. Peter checked us in an made a taxi reservation for us for the 0430 ride to the airport, thus taking that anxiety off of……
