"Nice hotel, great staff and good value. Large rooms for the UK, very clean. Provided a welcome bag with breakfast items, no dinner offered but nice bar and cafe. I little too far to walk to the main downtown attractions and took awhile to get a taxi but hotel staff was able to resolve."

普通，清潔度不佳，廁所潮濕味道，房間小，唯一優點離車站近
"地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住"

Expensive but what we needed
"It was perfectly fine. We wanted to stay where we could walk to the airport. It was great for that. Only complaints were that the sofa bed was really hard for my daughter and the price. Whew! You PAY for being close to the airport. I booked another hotel near the Heathrow airport that was almost ..."
