“A casa é novinha e linda, mas o condomínio ainda não tinha portaria e nos sentimos muito expostos. As garagens não são numeradas, então normalmente a vaga em frente à casa estava ocupada. A água quente é limitada e, se estiverem em muitas pessoas, o que é de se esperar já que a casa tem 6 quartos, os últimos a utilizarem o chuveiro tomarão banho frio.”

“The house is spacious and accommodated my large group of 22 comfortably. The house was not well maintained. Several lamp switches missing, broken toilet seats, missing blinds on dining area, leaking water from a light fixture, the carpet was disgusting, heavily stained and dirty. It was all reported while we were still there and Vacasa staff seemed to be unaware of the situation. Several people went there to evaluate the damage. We didn't request anything to be changed while we were there, but I……

“House was great! Basic supplies such as trash bags and toilet paper , paper towel were lacking for 9 people for a week stay. I chose this house because of the hot tub which wasn't a hot tub and an inground pool which I requested heat and then told that is not a possiblility. The water was freezing . Our family loves to swim and was very disappointed that we didn't get to use the pool daily as we planned. The house and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Loved the code to……

“It was a very nice stay but there was a few things needing updating. The Greenpan large frying pan had none of its ceramic coating, so everything stuck to it and hard to clean (no matter how much cooking spray or butter used). The place also needs a fresh paint job and new carpet upstairs. The home was clean but had a dingy feel due to the walls. ”
