“Friendly staff ”

“I will stay here again when visiting my Son and grandchildren. ”

“Not the fanciest place but it was clean. They could use some new carpet. The beds were very soft. But sheets were nice and not too stiff (like some motels are) a plug on the outside to plug our EV in would have been nice but it’s all good. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Overall not too bad of a stay, for the price. Staff was very kind!”

“Their breakfast was amazing, rooms are very clean its a must stay. I was pleased i stayed with my family. The kids were able to get in the pool. ”

“This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property.”

“Sandman is a 10/10 for me my opinion the staff is very friendly I consider myself a regular ( I'm contracted so I work weekends ) so I book weekends beds and showers are okay heat and A/C work great specially a good spot to get a night's rest ”

There plenty of shopping stores and restaurants just within walking distance. Come stay here u will enjoy it very much”
