“Knowing we'll be staying for a while, Ms Paige Klein had reached out to us to ask what they could do to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated our request. Housekeeping - I noticed that when housekeeping made our beds, the pillows and sheets that were going to be re-used were never put on the floor before it's returned to the bed. I've seen other hotel housekeeping do that (put sheets on the floor). Element's housekeeping is very hygienic. Kudos to them. Breakfast and front desk staff……

“This was literally the best bed I have slept in at a hotel. I would have given a 5 star but there was a very heavy pet smell in the hall, didn’t smell in the room though so that was a huge plus. The pool was indoor but not heated or temp controlled so it was extremely cold even on a very hot day.”

“I loved this hotel plus the lady that checked me on was a delight she made sure everything was in order. Our first room wasn't up to par, but she made everything so much better, I loved how she took charge and made everything right.
