Next time we stay at Moni, closer to Kelimutu, way less expensive, more restaurants for food. There was no option to drive to another restaurant for meals from the eco lodge.For the price we paid, we expected stellar service, we got far……

“We got a standard room (200,000 IDR) instead of the superior room that we had booked (450,000 IDR). The host arrived the following day - he didnt even care to answer the phone. No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room. The room we stayed in had a broken bed, a window impossible to close, absolutely reeking toilet due to not working sewer system, the door lock stuck so the host……
