Spacious Beach House with Spectacular Ocean Views and Private Beach Access

The cottage name is "High Tide" and is truly a hidden gem! It's located on a small island/peninsula called Little Neck in Ipswich MA that not many know about. Little Neck is a gated, private community where you can step back in time, relax, enjoy family time or begin a new adventure. It's a Seasonal property and only rented May - October. Off season May, part of June, part of September and October there is a 4 night minimum rental. Peak season June, July and August half of September there is a one week minimum rental.

The 100 year old cottage has been updated with all the modern amenities to make it easier to relax and enjoy the spectacular views but has kept its historical charm and roots. It boasts water, beach and sand dune views from every room, the beach is about 200 yards away, includes access to kayaks, a private community dock and two kids playgrounds. High Tide sits on a small hill overlooking the water with spectacular views of Crane Beach, known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast, as well as views of Plum Island, Gloucester and the Ipswich River salt marshes.

“High Tide”, is the quintessential vacation place, complete with wrap around porch and rocking chairs to enjoy the fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The place is clean, spacious and well cared for. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, a generous sized amenity stocked kitchen, a large dinning room to accommodate a crowd for a lobster bake, a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee, a large porch for coffee, afternoon cocktails or a place to nap, a family room with gas fireplace, and a must try outdoor shower.

Each bedroom has a water view. The primary bedroom has a king bed with smart TV, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a full and the 4th bedroom located on the first floor has two twin beds.

Amazing place to watch the sunrise and sunset, and has the perfect night sky for stargazing! Comes with some beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon to bring your belongings to the beach. It includes two flat screen smart TVs, WiFi, washer and dryer, Weber gas grill and some air conditioners when needed.
Ipswich has great restaurants, is rich in history with historical houses to visit, the best homemade ice cream around, easy access to Crane Beach Estate and so much more. The Little Neck community has a schedule of social events for the season that you're welcome to join in. Typically most weekends there is an adult or family event such as a beach bonfire and roasting marshmallows or a lobster bake on the beach. There is a "coach" that plays organized games with the kids on the ball field each morning Monday - Friday and is free to those kids who don't require a babysitter.
