“We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. “Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness. The manager (Mr Sherif) is simply very friendly and polite and respectful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people. The security guards are always working……
