Beth’s Place had great access to the four colleges in the area (all of which we visited), the locks at Massena, and a wonderful hike in Colton. So much to see in the area! The weather didn’t cooperate for us to kayak in April, but the views on the river were exquisite, especially from our private hot tub. “This family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is surrounded by trees with a beautiful view of the St. Regis river which you can hear throughout the cabin. There are lovely hiking trails around the property (I believe about 4 miles of trails). The cabin is cozy and warm. The weather for our stay was a bit too chilly to enjoy the screened in porch but I imagine in warmer weather it would be a lovely place to sit.
