“We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. “We had an AMAZING stay! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we could’ve needed. Huge shoutout for the welcome snacks and waters — such a thoughtful touch! “We enjoyed the proximity to attractions. Very clean, as advertised. Only thing I wish I noticed was there is no back door access to back yard, and there is no gate for back yard, so not really enclosed for pets. It was only a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. ”

“ We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We had plenty of space for our family of 8 and we never ran out of hot water, not even once! Our grandchildren loved the third floor game and tv room! We had everything we needed and appreciated how quickly the host responded to all of my questions including having dishwasher pods delivered to the door the very next day! The host recommendations for grocery shopping as well as the addresses was great. We also ate at Buzzy's Pizzeria on their……

“The property was very clean and appealing, it was perfect for a weekend in Buffalo while we went to a conference and visited Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay here again. They need to stock up on spoons and dish washing detergent for their future visitors. Thanks for a great stay!!”

“We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy house. It was convenient to where we needed to go & met all our needs!”

“We had a great time at this condo! It had a very spacious layout and there were plenty of towels/supplies provided in the kitchen. It was convenient to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The people upstairs were a little heavy footed, but I always bring a noisemaker so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay there again!”
