“It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay.”

“Fantastic winter break. Fire for the parents whilst drinking wine and doing a jigsaw and the kids watched some Netflix or did drawing, all between some nice walks and adventures out and about. Lovely garden, if a bit cold and wet to truely enjoy. Forrest also looks like a nice place to bring a mountain bike (when less wet or cold). Wish I had the skills to enjoy the resident piano.Hosts provided excellent communication and a lovely well appointed house.”

“A clean and very comfortable home with excellent facilities. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with an excellent coffee machine which was a welcomed bonus. “This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin……

“I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Diana provided all necessary information and then some leading up to our stay.The house and property were better than described.There was such a calm feel as soon as we arrived. The picture windows in the lounge room were beautiful.The house had everything we needed, and thanks to Diana’s information anything the house didn’t have, we prepared for and brought with us.Had the house not been booked right after us we would have extended our stay.We will……
