“Great! Would stay again”

“Unfortunately, our trip was too short to enjoy all the amenities this resort had to offer. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, and found the location great for trip to the NP and the town of Jackson.My only suggestion was better direction as to where to check in. I thought the condo rentals might be separate from the hotel resort itself, yet they were one in the same. ”

“We stayed for a honeymoon (first get away with a one, and two year old) and our first room was looking out at the roof. Nicole moved us to avoid the construction noise and upgraded our room which was so nice. The new room was the balcony right next to (and one floor up) our old room…The construction woke us up 3 mornings at 8:30/9am….when I spoke to the front desk the second time, it was the front desk manager. “Property was a bit dated and the view was unimpressive as we were looking over a parking lot”

“Quoted one price one VRBO then when we got our confirmation they let us know they will collect another $48 per night resort fee when we checked in. The place is out dated and not worth the money. We switched after night one to a private condo for less per night that was MUCH better.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this facility. There was only one hitch when we arrived at the check in time of 4:00pm. The office was closed and the phone number on the email confirmation was an invalid number. The thought that we had no way to get into our reserved hotel room was very scary. Luckily we found another resident there who contacted the manager. The manager arrived shortly to help us check in. Later the manager pointed out that there was a contact phone number on the key drop mailbox……

“The residence was perfect to house our family of 6. The customer service at the Four Seasons is unparalleled. The location in Teton Village is right in the hub of all the activities. Walk to the bike park, kids playground, restaurants, shops, etc. You can also walk to the Kids Ranch and drop off your kids for a full day of camp. Separate registration required. We had a blast and give this property and vacation five stars!”
