"They never clean the air conditioner. When I turned on the heating, the dust inside was scorched by the heating wire. There was a strong burning smell. I didn't dare to turn on the heating. I was afraid it would catch fire."

"We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. All of the locations that we have stayed in have provided ..."
