“Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each……

“Parfaitement situé pour visiter le pays basque depuis les plages jusqu'à l'arrière pays, l'hôtel est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. On sent que l'établissement est géré avec rigueur, il est propre, bien entretenu et l'équipe est disponible et agréable. L'hôtel est charmant, il donne directement sur un enclos à moutons et de l'autre côté, un restaurant traditionnel à 30 mètres. Mes enfants (adolescents) ma femme et moi avons été sous le charme ! ”

Desayuno normal: zumo de bote, 1 loncha de queso, pan con mantequilla y mermelada industrial, la bollería parecía congelada y recalentada. No se pasan a limpiar la habitación ni hacer la cama. “Really cool little bar/restaurant downstairs, nice quiet rooms with loads of hot water in the baths and really comfy beds. Amazing views of the mountains from the window and all around the hotel. Staff were great, some were able to speak in English, others in Spanish so we found everything easy. Would definitely stay again”

“J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant 1 semaine. C'était un voyage de travail. L'hôtel est situé tout au début du village de Sarrance, dans un endroit très pittoresque. Il y a une gare tout près. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle pour cuisiner, ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres sont propres, une chambre standard avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour travailler. Vue pittoresque autour de l'hôtel.”
