“I was really impressed with the service provided and the friendliness of the staff, they really helped to make my trip to Isla Isabela as memorable as could be. The staff were simply terrific and made sure I understood how tours and ferry/taxi services worked, and when there was a small mix up with a tour the desk clerk was able to have it corrected and send me on my way so the little delay. “We had a lovely night stay here. You’re on an island so some ants and bugs can be expected. This isn’t The Four Seasons so if you were looking for that you would be disappointed. What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. The peace and tranquillity you will find here is unmatched. I think this is the best place to stay on the island. We will definitely be returning. ”

“Really nice place to stay, very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The food was excellent. Good advice and booking for tours. Location is a short walk from main centre, a few mins, but that makes it nice and quiet. Close to harbour so easy access from ferry.”
