“We had a wonderful stay on the quiet side, easy to walk to beaches and restaurants food trucks property was well maintained with many rules. This particular location had the best view and would definitely stay there again. ”

“Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"”

“The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night.……

“We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.”

“ Our hosts were absolutely AMAZING . We pulled up and instantly greeted by Bella . the most precious vieja perrito. Then having clear direction and video on how to locate property and enter was absolutely top notch. the space was better than listed ! Andrew dropped up pins and suggested La Mona for breakfast and boy he was on point !!!! We plan to stay again next time ! ”
