“Enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were nice. Bed very comfy, bathrooms not great, but very clean. Had some issues with communications at the onset but they got better with our stay. Location is very nice for families or people wanting a lake experience. We wanted to go downtown and that was a jaunt.”

Champlin was close to all events and there are stores close by for any items not packed. The house itself is simply stunning. We had 14 people, including 2 little ones, and everyone had plenty if room. The park across the street was an added bonus.
