“It's a unique experience as far as contactless facilities go and it's definitely for the better! Everything from booking to check-out was smooth and convenient. The room was more updated than anticipated and the view of Lake Superior is breathtaking. A highly recommended stay.”

“Hotel is just as described! Simple "mom and pop" place, just what we wanted for a snowmobile trip. Super nice sisters - Sara and Mary - at the front desk. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and an assortment of juices, oatmeal and an assortment of packaged snacks for breakfast. Big jar of candy (take the Snickers bars for protein!) also! Bed was super comfortable, however, when either of us rolled over, the whole bed wiggled/shook, like their aren't individual coils. We parked sleds right in front……

“This rental exceeded our expectations! Cleanest rental I’ve been at. There was plenty of room so everyone had their own space and having two living rooms was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with items so we could cook for a big group. Large pots, pans, 2 coffee makers, and even a kitchen aid mixer. Plenty of parking in the adjacent property. Finally a VRBO owner that knows how to make their tenants comfortable! 5+⭐️”

“This was our first stay here and it won't be our last! I'm from the area and brought my girlfriend (now fiance) to enjoy the quiet of the woods. We went snow shoeing around the property, stayed in one night and watched a thriller movie, and went to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain (Doodooshani-wajiw) to get engaged.We sauna'd every single day, and got some eggs from Roger for breakfast. Absolutely love the property, love the host, and we will be back next year if not sooner! ”
