“This was our first time to Normandy and we arrived via ferry at Cherbourg. We rented a car and drove to the home. We had great communication with the family to coordinate our arrival and they were there to greet us which was lovely. They shared the history of the home as well as shared some places to eat nearby.We had booked a guide to tour the D-day sites who picked us up at the house so that was great as well. When we departed we drove to Caen and dropped off the car as that was the nearest……

“We had a delightful stay in Bayeux. The apartment was just as described. It’s recently renovated and very clean. Lovely host, very easy check in process. The apartment is vertical with stairs. Absolutely not a problem for us! Highly recommend this for your stay in Bayeux. ”

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Céline. Elle a été très réactive et agréable lors de nos échanges. La maison bénéficie d’un cadre calme et reposant avec une jolie vue sur la campagne. Le bord de mer n’est vraiment pas loin ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter tous les jours. La maison est fonctionnelle et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Quelques toiles d’araignées a notre arrivée mais dans l’ensemble la maison était propre.”

“Property was lovely and clean, directions to property was not very clear, we found the road ok but no clear directions/signposting to the property, we drove around for half an hour, sought directions from the local campsite and very kind local man guided us there on his bicycle. Property was nice clean but to our tastes the decor was a bit dated . ”
