“We every much enjoyed our stay at villa 4 at Red Frog Resort. The villa is lovely, spacious, and well-maintained, and the resort is beautiful as well. This villa is on the Red Frog property with full access to all amenities and services of the resort in addition to having its own private pool, which our kids loved. Brett was communicative and helpful with checking in and answering questions. He was also great about giving us a later check-out since our flight wasn’t departing until that……

“Writing this review to quiet some of the concerns of the previous reviewer… this rental was amazing! First, the views cannot be beat and the outdoor deck living space is just wonderful. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. The ACs in the bedrooms work very well and there is consistently hot water, with strong water pressure - things that are hard to find on……

“One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!”

“Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. We actually left a day early because of the pump situation, and we wanted to be able to have a nice hot……

“We would totally recommend this property to anyone. It was the perfect fit for two families. The rooms are huge and basically their own suites which worked well for all of our range of kids and also privacy for the adults. The view from the house and pool are incredible! The beds are great and it was amazing to have laundry as an option. It is in a great location of the resort as well, super close to the club which has great lunch and drink options. “Upon arrival.. the property floors was covered in dust and debris. The sheets and pillows on the bed in the master bedroom was filthy and had a terrible smell of a man body odor. Master bathroom smell like old urine and the mirror had white spots on it. Both master bathroom rugs was dirty and had black debri on them.
