“Communication was good and highly organized. We felt safe and didn’t need to lock up our bags or valuables at all times. Weather was rough (not their fault) so the stay was a challenge with super high winds and rain. The island was covered in trash nearly all the way around. Our cabin doors were off hinge and barely closed. The shower and sink were filthy and the toilet stained. The water smelled strongly of sulpher so we did not shower nor use it for anything other than a hand wash. Food was……

“Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared.”

“I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. Id expect better cleanliness and standards for this trip. I also disliked when the staff on the island said i needed to pay……

“29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad. The island is not so bad its peaceful and claim but after the bites we could take it we were prepared with bug spray but it was not enough for the bugs. The island……
