“Last minute, we grabbed this place to extend our stay on Útila and WOW….we got lucky. Very well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook some gourmet meals. Only matters to chefs but…great knives and sharp..with a quality sharpener! The bed was very comfy, bathroom had a bidet! Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean crashing in front of our eyes. The owners were on site this week. Mark and Steve are amazing guys always aware of our needs or questions. Great location close to. Sun Street, but……

“The property was clean and very well stocked. The property managers were outstanding! They helped us with anything we needed & answered all of our questions efficiently! “It was horrible! Half of the light fixtures did not have functional bulbs. When we asked the manger about it, he said he cannot provide them because the electricity usage would go up. So we spent our vacation in a very poorly lit place. There was a TV and a CD player but they were not hooked up and not functional. Our information said that we would have a local cell phone for our local calls but there was none. When we asked the manager, he said he will look into it and we never heard about it……
