“We had family from around the world converge in La Paz for a week. The house could not have served us better. Plenty of room - grandparents in the casita, rest in the main house. So nice we barely left the resort! kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus - saw whales right from our pool! Breakfast provided by the ladies was delicious and a great way to start our trip. Games around the large table inside and out were perfect way to connect. Highly recommend - we'll be back!”

“I would highly recommend this condo if you are planning to stay in La Paz for a few nights. Pros: very clean, fantastic sunset views from a living room balcony and bedroom, sunrise view on another side from the kitchen... make a coffee and enjoy beautiful sunrise!, kitchen, blender, coffee, washing/dryer, closet... ALL you need! Additionally, swimming pool, jacuzzi, very friendly and polite security. Host is very responding and caring, too. Location is close enough to waterfront and all……

“Nice place to stay far above the noise & bustle of La Paz. Short, easy drive down to the Malecon & Centro area. Complete kitchen, large master bathroom. Both bedrooms & living room connect to balcony that overlooks downtown & bay. Fairly quiet complex during the day, with excellent (& friendly) gated security. Nice quiet pool area too. Cons: not within walking distance to the Centro & Malecon as complex is located at the top of a fairly steep drive. Many dogs barking (from the houses directly in……

“A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon. ”

“We loved that this property was a short boat ride to the peninsula where Paraiso Del Mar is located. The ferry runs on the 1/2 hour so you never have to wait long and there is always a shuttle van available to get you to the condo. We typically opted for one of the bikes available at the condos and the marina.Because of the location you do need to plan a bit to have the groceries you may need. There is a small store but offerings are limited. There are 2 restaurants but I wouldn’t count on them……

“The apartment was fine; the rooftop was a nice spot to be outdoors. Traffic noise was much louder than anticipated and the Mabe brand refrigerator was really LOUD. We chose this hotel away from the Malecon to avoid noise—that may be impossible in La Paz.”

“Family of 3(2 adults and 7 y/o) Condo was easy to find using directions provided and Google Maps, accessing unit easy. The condo building is a quick 5-ish minute drive to the Malecon and the best beaches to the north. The unit itself could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. Floors weren’t swept well as we found a lot of black long hair everywhere, food was still on the kitchen counters. The unit is lacking dishware(only 2 glasses, 3 wine glasses(1 broken in cupboard), no cups to take……
