“Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!”

“I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return.”

“One thing is clear at Citilike Hotel: nobody is in charge. Constant noise from employees.Staff congregating and talking loudly all day.There seems to be no sense of order here.Very loud.Also the room was dirty.”
