The ladies at check-in were very nice & welcoming.
The room was clean, however our ceiling fan in our room villa #3 did not work, and the AC did not cool in that area.
Rest of the Villa was cool, and fans worked.
The #1 reason for my low rating is due to Chef Chris at Breakfast. He was very unfriendly, and when my wife asked politely if she could have scrambled eggs, he gave her a death stare. The very next lady that asked for the same thing, he was friendly to, and she was of his same color! Maybe you should school him in hospitality and or consider hiring someone who actually likes what they do and the people they serve regardless of their race!
The lady that was cooking, I think is his wife, wasn't a whole lot better. So needless to say, the omelet buffet and breakfast was almost non-existent to us, so we had to buy breakfast elsewhere due to incredibly poor service!!!!
Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again, although the location is nice.
