“The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all.”

“This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. “This property is located in the heart of Paracas Bahia! It is a lovely place with direct access to the ocean in a quiet and beautiful area. Plenty of room for a large family and options to many outdoor activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, and running. Great ocean access area for small kids to play. Our children spent the whole mornings and afternoons playing in the water despite that the weather wasn’t too warm. Property is located close to nice restaurants if cooking is not in the……

“Apartment is very new, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunset and the bay from the balcony. Our family was taking kite surfing lessons and school is at walking distance. Our host Victor was very nice and responsive, gave us lots of tips of the area. Just be aware that “service room” is basically a bed in a closet off the laundry room with no air conditioning. There is still construction going on on the premises but we did not hear much noise. We would go back again! ”

“Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor! They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. ”

“Booking. We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located. “First off, Jeff was great. He was friendly, responsive and very helpful. By far one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. He answered all of my questions extremely quickly, and even allowed us early check-in AND late check-out. If my review only consisted of my experience with him, 10 stars!
