Very pleasant situation at Kames Bay, further from the town, but handy for a dip in the sea. 38 steps up a spiral staircase to the flat, so travel light!, but a stunning view over the Bay to the Arran mountains. “We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. There is plenty of parking and the garden gives space to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. We found this the ideal base to explore the beauty of Arran. We thought that this……
