“A nice little beach condo! Very clean and well stocked, which we appreciated. It is tight—we were 2 adults and 2 kids and I wouldn’t recommend any more than that. Some conflicting information about check-in/check out times and codes not working was a bit confusing, but overall a great stay! ”

“Check in process was a breeze thanks to the communication of the staff mainly Robert. We had a nice relaxing vacation without having to drive around too much to find something to do. Be close to restaurants, shops pool and of course the beach was awesome. Yes the place it small but for the five of us and what we needed it for it was perfect. The only thing I would change is probably the double bed was a tad uncomfortable but next time we will bring a mattress topper. Another thing was the couch……

“Wonderful ocean view, great location, very small but efficient condo. The balcony was wonderful, everything we needed was provided. Slight problem with the access code, but the property manager was great in resolving it. Easy access to a wonderful beach, and the Isle of Palms location was a great surprise - a lively area, with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping in easy walking distance. Charleston is beautiful, we want to come back. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed at this condo for five days on our trip to the Charleston area. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed waking up with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. John was very responsive and easy to deal with. The whole process was super easy from beginning to end. Location on the island was very convenient to the highways and was walking distance to restaurants and shops.”

“Perfect for our college age daughter, 2 friends of hers, my parents and my husband. Very glad to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the beach was fantastic, great ocean view from the deck and easy walk to the beach. Also best seats in the house for concerts next door. Don’t worry it stops at 10. There are beach chairs but not beach towels. There is laundry soap for 2 washes and 3 dishwasher pods. We brought thin beach towels. We used the gear credit to get bikes and rode to Sullivans island.……

“Great place to stay in early April and avoid the mayhem of the Florida panhandle! The owner communicated quickly and was very helpful with a couple of restaurant recommendations. The location is accurate- just a quick walk across the street to a very wide beach. Not a luxury accommodation, but perfect for a beachy getaway with easy access to the Charleston area. ”

“going to a concert at Windjammer, this property provided us great location, parking and an awesome place to stay. Condo is just as advertised. While the bunks are small, just as advertised our 6'3" inch son stayed on the bottom bunk and had no issues at all. Check-in and out were made easy by the realty company's communications. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Definitely a slightly older property that shows some wear but location was great and safe. Parking was easy. Pool was clean and nice. Very short walk to beach. I wish the unit came with beach towels or beach chairs. Communication with rental company was excellent and check in/out with the number key pad was so fast. ”
