This floor also has a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a cook's kitchen with a gas stove top and stainless steel appliances. A separate dining area and spacious sitting room.

The home does have an elevator with service from garage level to second floor, but is not ADA compliant. Elevator is for convenience only and not a guaranteed amenity. There is a wheelchair accessible beach access on 42nd street.
