I arrived and had so.e special milk and other dietary foods, as I'm a serious coeliac, and requested a room with a fridge. None of our rooms have fridges, I was told. Can I put my food etc in the staff fridge? No, it's a health hazard. I pleaded but she was emphatic and unhelpful. I have never in all my travels come across such a totally negative attitude, in fact most people are incredibly helpful. However, on a positive note the sunset behind the bridge was spectacular.

Dismayed that this hotel - not worth the money - was utterly awful!! No hot water, therefore could not shower. Heating was not working. Dirty dog sitting on Reception desk. Avoid at all costs. For Expedia to include this accommodation on their website is beyond understanding.

Very friendly staff but a disappointing salmon meal - both the salmon and the vegetables selection. Lack of dedicated disability parking and access from the car park is problematic. Shower over bath not good for many guests. Especially because bath very slippery.

Great location and good value for the price. We enjoyed our dinners. Breakfast buffet at 7:45 AM was disappointing because the food was almost cold, although the selection was ok. Most of the staff were very good but one young lady at breakfast was very unfriendly and moody.
