“This small, inexpensive and unpretentious hotel is centrally located, has a grassy courtyard with hammocks, a free traditional breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. The included city tour was informative (and, by the way, Carlos's English is better than our current President's) and a great introduction to the city's history and features.
