Auzo-eskola zaharra guztiz 2017an, berriztatua, mendi tonttorr zoragarri bat kokatuta eta arte zaharrez inguratua.
Bi kilometrotara dago Lekeitio-tik eta Bizkaia-ko golkoaren bista ederrak ditu.

Etxeak, lehen solairuan, gela haundi baten ditu batera sukaldea, jantokia eta saloia eta bi logel eta bainu bat; bigarren pisuan mezanin bat, logeala eta komun bear bat ditu.
Kampoan terrace bat hegoruntz eta Read artibaiko mendiruntz begira dauka.

Bear leku approposoa da sendi edo lagun talde batentzako, naturaz (itsasoa eta mendia) gozatzeko edo lasai Euskalherriaren altxorak aurkitzeko.

Located on a magical hill surrounded by centuries-old oaks, two kilometers from the fishing village of Lekeitio and overlooking the Bay of Biscay.
The house has a living room-dining room-open kitchen and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there is a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. Outside it enjoys a south-facing terrace overlooking the mountains of Lea-Artibai.

It is a perfect place for a family or group of friends who wants to enjoy nature (sea and mountains) and to discover the charms of Euskal Herria.

Old Basque country school completely rehabilitated in 2017. Located on a magical hill surrounded by centenarian evergreen oaks, only two kilometers away from the fishing village of Lekeitio and overlooking the Gulf of Biscay.
The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. And on the first floor a mezzanine, a bedroom and a bathroom. It has a south-facing terrace overlooking the Lea-Artibai Mountains.
This is a perfect place for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy nature (sea and mountain) and discover the treasures of the Basque Country.

Fantastic choice, so glad we came

Not that this place or its hosts need more positive reviews, but I’ll happily add my voice to the choir.The place is super comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy yourself indoors or on the terrace/garden, but the village is walkable too. Actually finding some nice hiking is just as walkable, leading to amazing viewpoints and forest paths. There are many places close by that are worth visiting, but staying around the apartment is very enjoyable too!We loved everything about our visit and hope to return!

La casa es chulísima con un gran salón para que los niños puedan jugar. Todo super ordenado y pensado, con cosas básicas para el día a día en la cocina baños... Las instalaciones están impolutas. Diese liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltete alte Schule ist ein echtes Highlight. So eine klug ausgestattete Küche hatten wir in vielleicht 30 Ferienwohnungen noch nie! Das Haus ist geräumig, hat Orte um sich zurückzuziehen, zwei Badezimmer, zwei Sofas, viel Platz und alles was man sich wünschen kann. Der Empfang durch das norwegisch-baskische Paar ist warmherzig, die beiden sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben Tips und das Fischerdorf ist sher charmant. Ein echter Geheimtip!

Traumurlaub in einem ganz besonderen Haus

Wir haben die 14 Tage in der ehemaligen, toll restaurierten und hervorragend ausgestatteten Dorfschule genossen. Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis, sich in diesen großzügigen Räumen zu bewegen. Die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen war von sehr guter und geschmackvoller Qualität. Der Blick in die Landschaft aus den großen Fenstern und von der Terrasse aus auf die Hügel war idyllisch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da die Straße unterhalb kaum befahren wird. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns an der Gegend besonders gefallen hat, ist das Nebeneinander von Landschaften wie im Schwarzwald oder im Allgäu mit Häusern, die an die Alpenregion erinnern und der Steilküste mit Strandabschnitten am Atlantik. Berge und Meer an einem Ort.

Coming home

We loved the old school building renovated with an eye for detail and all modern comfort. The location is great, half an hour's walk from the beach. Lekeitio is a pleasant town. A wonderful base to get to know the Basque nature and culture. Anne and Kerman are very hospitable and were always available if necessary. We enjoyed our moments together...their stories and hospitality !!

Memorable home in Basque Country

We travelled throughout France and Spain this trip and saw and did many memorable things but this is the place I’ll dream of coming back to. Beautiful home, lots to do in the area (although I particularly loved doing nothing at all!). Anne was very welcoming and everything was easy. Don’t hesitate to book.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollen Gastgebern

Wunderschöne Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb von Lekeitio gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnen nebenan und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Sie haben uns viele Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben zusätzlich auch Strandtücher erhalten. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude an den vorhandenen Spielsachen. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

A home away from home

We voelden ons meteen thuis en welkom in deze mooi gerestaureerde oude dorpsschool. We hebben genoten van het schitterende huis waar het ons aan niks ontbrak. Alles was netjes, schoon en voldoende aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn erg attent en brachten tips, citroenen en munt uit eigen tuin. Er is rust en ruimte en we konden lopend naar de bakker en ook de zee is op loopafstand. Daarnaast ligt het centraal om zowel Bilbao als Donostia te bezoeken. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Une semaine parfaite!

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse chez Anne . Son accueil est des plus chaleureux et conviviaux. La location est très spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée avec soin. La propreté est au rdv et nous n'avons manqué de rien ,tout les équipements étaient disponibles et fonctionnels. au calme,bien exposé et bien situé,nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse, de le vue sur mer et sur le pays basque espagnol. Nous recommandons très chaudement la location d'Anne. Merci pour les citrons et la menthe du jardin, les mojitos étaient top!!

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit (eine Woche) in dem Haus. Es ist sehr alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und noch mehr. An kalten Abenden ist der Kamin ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und wohnen nebenan und helfen bei allem, wenn sie können. Auch der Check In und Check Out liefen völlig reibungslos und angenehm. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung und wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.
