VILLA FENICOTTERO RELAX AND EXCLUSIVE POOL

Casa Fenicottero is an ancient rural house located in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the famous Pantano Longarini reserve, where every year we witness the migration of various species of water birds, especially pink flamingos. Almond, olive and carob trees frame the entire villa.

The villa consists of 1 double bedroom and a mini suite with ensuite bathroom. Possibility to use the 2 annexes (communicating with each other), which are located a few meters from the villa. The villa is an ancient manor house and together with the two annexes you can reach 12 comfortable beds. The panoramic swimming pool with attached solarium and the large garden are for your exclusive use. The peace and tranquility of the villa are typical of the place.


The villa overlooks the famous Longarini marshes where you can observe many species of wild birds including pink flamingos, herons, chickens and many others. The outdoor spaces are perfectly equipped, and the villa in each room is equipped with air conditioning, TV and WI-FI. free both inside and outside.

Villa il Fenicottero, consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 mini suite with ensuite bathroom, a bathroom with shower, a large veranda for moments of relaxation.

Casa Gallinella and Casa Anatra are the two annexes. Each of them consists of: kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with shower, private veranda.
You are immersed in the Val di Noto, our Villa is located a few kilometers from Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Vendicari, Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli which frames the famous fiction "Il Commissario Montalbano". We will be happy to welcome you to our home and to give you a beautiful memory of your holiday in Sicily.

I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms and outdoor seating with great views. The sunrises and sunsets were also incredible and I can honestly say that this was the best villa I have rented. Very tranquil but only 5 minutes drive from a beach. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore Ragusa, Siracusa and the surrounding area and to visit ispica and Bruno and Carmens American bar.

Fantastic

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Villa Fenicottero. The photos on the website, although beautiful, do not do this property justice. It is SUPERB! There were 10 of us staying and we were more than adequately provided for. Plenty of shaded areas too. Everything-pool, sunbeds, bbq area etc-was very vlean and to a high standard. The food and drink provided for our arrival was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. The host (Salvatore) was very easy to contact and even helped with our airport transfers. Whilst there, one of the air conditioning units failed-it was replaced that day! The property is very rural, which suited us as we are quite a loud family and is not really in Ispica. Although a short distance to the beach a car is needed as the roads are not suitable for pedestrians especially if you have small children. The website says there are restaurants within walking distance but we couldn't find any apart from on the beach. We would very much recommend this property and would like to visit again one day. Thank you Salvatore.
