The power consumption costs are at the tenant’s reponsability payable at the departure of the location (2 dirhams by KW around 0,20 euros).
A security deposit is required before the beginning of the rental period and will be refund at the condition that no damages are found at the Villa or the residential common areas.
Important :
The rental is for limited to 5 guests only. No welcoming or hosting of other people is allowed in the rental to prevent the risk of cancelation of your reservation without appeal or refund even at the last minute.
At your arrival the presentation of a valid identity document is required for every guests.
For the comfort of all guests, the party nights are not allowed at the residence.
The daily maintenance staff working hours will be communicated to you, kindly make sure to respect this schedule.
Smoking at the Villa is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed.
