“Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage aber mehr auch nicht. An den Betten sind die Schimmel in einer äußerst schrecklichen Menge, was meiner Meinung nach sehr schlimm für die Gesundheit der Gäste ist. Die Toillete und dusche ist sehr klein. Man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht wohl im Hotel, da es nicht den anschein macht ein Hotel zu sein. Lasst bitte die Finger Weg von dem Hotel und bezahlt ein paar Euros mehr für ein sauberes Zimmer.”

“I booked one room for one night at Zirkon Suit Otel in Istanbul. I booked and paid in advance one room for two people throught Hotels.com. I arrived to Zirkon Suit Otel on 24th of December at around 10 pm. When I showed my booking number and the confirmation of the booking to the man at the desk he asked me to speak with the owner of the hotel. The owner was very unpolite and bad more over he asked me to pay addictional 1600 turkish lira because he said that I booked for a room with a single……

“When we arrived the hotel, nice and gentle front desk introduced the room we’ll stay. He also help us to bring baggage upstair!! The hotel’s location is wonderful. Near Hagia Sophia Museum so close, only 3 mins by foot. During the breakfast, we can see the Marmara Sea directly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sea view at least half hour every morning. Very breathtaking the moment!”

“Nous étions 6 dans le logement, deux appartements séparés mitoyens. L'un pour 4 : une petite salle de bain, une chambre avec lit double et deux canapés lits. L'autre appartement avait une grand lit et une salle de bain. La cuisine était clairement sous équipée pour 6 personnes, il n'y avait pas de vaisselles et seulement une plaque de cuisson. pas de table ni chaise pour 4, encore moins pour 6, nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner autour de la table basse mais tous les autres repas à l'extérieur.……

“Die Einrichtung die in dem Zimmer n ist ist zwar die selbe wie auf den Fotos allerdings ist es trotzdem nicht real. Es ist wirklich anstrengend die Treppen hoch zu laufen vor allem mit Gepäck. Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig - im Bade Zimmer im Waschbecken hab ich noch Haare gehabt. Und man hat durch die WÄNDE alles durch gehört selbst wenn man die Treppen hoch gelaufen ist. Das positivste war das es ziemlich zentral liegt zu Fuß zum Galata Turm 5 min. Und den Lärm von dort hat man nicht gehört.……
