Friendly staff, beautiful building, clean rooms, transfer works regardless of the time, high organization. If you are hungry, you can order food to your room, although within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, and even salons where you can get your hair done and beauty services. Beautiful place. The rooms are well insulated. You can really have a good rest there after the flight. I would especially like to mention the restaurant at the front of the hotel. Excellent fast service, delicious food: kebab, shashlik, meatballs, great tea and lavash, which remained fresh throughout our stay. Be sure to visit this restaurant. You will be greeted by friendly staff. I especially remember Marina, who speaks several languages, which helped us a lot. She perfectly organized our arrival and stay at the hotel. She was always in touch and, having arrived in an unfamiliar country, thanks to her we would feel confident. Thank you all.

Convenient and nice place for a short stay near the airport. Hotel arranged transportation was great and made it very easy to get to and from the airport. Rooms and linens are clean and comfortable. For lunch or dinner, go to the restaurant Dürümcü Mahmut Usta next to the hotel. It has very good Turkish food at very reasonable prices. Overall a nice place to stay for a layover in Istanbul.

What I really liked about this hotel was that they had the option to book with two way transfer from/to airport (for only 28 tax CAD extra). I booked it for my sister for a good price (a total of 100 CAD for a night) and they send the video through WhatsApp showing step by step how to get to the shuttle, also how to get connected to Wifi in the airport beforehand. So, we were not worried any more for our young sister as she had a smooth transition to the hotel and could rest there until her next flight the next morning! The unit was small, but no issue at all, it was clean and definitely worth it. It worked well and helped a lot! Thank you!

As a single female traveling in transit thru Istanbul, safety is important and Dem Premium made me feel safe with their super efficient and interactive messaging service for pick up and drop off to and from the hotel. Service was impeccable. They ensured I had something to eat when I arrived at the hotel and continuously checked up on me. The amenities in my room needed a serious upgrade. The electric kettle was old and the shampoo and body wash dispenser was rusted out. However their service really made up for it. Would recommend this place for persons in transit or staying in Istanbul for a short time and want to be close to the airport.

Great hotel, 15 mins from airport. Staff very helpful. (Isabelle rocks!) I’m actually returning again next week because it was so easy to stay there. Great internet speed, i was able to focus on my work and get a lot done. The islamic prayers are heard via the mosque loudspeakers 5x/day. Shower water pressure was great and water was hot. Bed was comfortable and room had blackout blinds. Important to note that this is a lower income, non-genteified town of true turkish people, so that might be uncomfortable for some. Not many spoke english but hotel workers do. Excellent baklava place nearby.

I found hospitality in general around Istanbul to be unexpectedly outstanding. However, the staff at this property truly went out of their way to ensure a perfect experience. The general manager, front desk staff, housekeeping and the transportation group they used, all were exceptional in providing more than they were being paid for. I selected the property because they were close to the airport; I'll select them again because now they are family.

Left out of the "what did you like" was Staff. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and the transfer company recommended were genuinely concerned that everything went well for the trip. The hotel was perfect for my intentions but the staff was their most important asset.
