This is the second time I stay at this hotel after it has undergone rebranding. I stayed early April and almost after one month I stayed again. One of the two lifts is still out of service since my last stay, leaving the hotel with only one lift serving almost 70 rooms and the hotel staff. House keeping is poor. One day we left the room around 12 pm came back midnight and the room was never made up. Last night we came back to the room and they supplied the room with one bath towel only. I called the reception this morning to supply the room with additional towels and after almost 35 minutes after a second call the housekeeping staff provided a towel without bringing the shower floor mat too. I told her to bring one and now one hour and she did not come. Towels are old, floor carpet is very old too.
