I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. First, there was no hot water available for a shower. Despite the fact that it was a very cold day, the hotel also did not provide any heating. When I raised this issue with the front desk, the staff member simply told me that I was having an "unlucky day," which I found dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, I booked this hotel through Expedia, specifically selecting it because it listed "Airport shuttle" as one of its included amenities. For convenience, I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, assuming I could use the shuttle service for my return trip. However, when I asked about the shuttle at check-in, I was told that the room I booked did not include that service.
As an Expedia Gold member, I mentioned that I was eligible for a free upgrade—I was not even ask for room upgrade, but simply to include the airport shuttle that was advertised. I showed both the front desk staff and the hotel owner my Expedia booking confirmation, which clearly stated that the shuttle was included. Despite this, they refused to honor the service and told me to contact Expedia directly. I later found several customer reviews reporting similar complaints about the misleading shuttle service, suggesting this is an ongoing issue.
To make matters worse, the bedsheets in my room were damp, which was especially uncomfortable given a cold day without hot water. The owner has no respect of woman.
